Re Purchase of my new Hyundai SX

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the overall handling of my recent purchase of my new Hyundai SX from McCarroll’s at Artarmon.

Most of all I wish to pass on my thanks to John Staggs for the way he handled my initial enquiry on the phone, to follow-up and arranging an appointment for me to visit, and from that point onwards through to finalizing and delivery of my purchase. John’s extremely pleasant, courteous, polite, understanding, reliable and unpressured manner is a rare commodity in my experience. I believe he is an exemplary role model in your industry. It is due to him that I decided on purchasing my car from McCarroll’s.

After contacting another Hyundai dealership before seeing John, my experience was such that I had decided definitely not to pursue that contact any further!

In addition, I was most impressed by your total sales organization and its efficiency. It has been a pleasure to deal with McCarroll’s as every aspect was attended to and taken care of, making what could be a stressful situation a pleasurable one. And thank you so much for the beautiful roses which lasted well over a week!
